The Commission must be reconstituted every three years and the first meeting is held after 1st May, which is when the commoners' election result is declared. Meetings are held every three months thereafter but dates vary according to general acceptance by members' agreement.
These meetings follow the pattern May/June, August/September, November/December, February/March.
